The BEAMA Foundation for Disabled People was set up in 1980 in order to help disabled people to be more mobile and independent through the provision of specialised equipment or apparatus.

The Foundation Specialises in:

• Making grants for electrically operated aids which will increase mobility and independent living.
• Making payments or contributions to other organisations or institutions having the same charitable objectives as the Foundation.
