The Andrea Adams Trust is a non-political, not-for-profit charity offering information and support to individuals and employers affected by workplace bullying. Activities include the following.

  • Information and support services.
  • Raising public and professional awareness of bullying.
  • Collating research into the incidence and effects of workplace bullying.
  • Providing specialist training to public and private sector organizations.
  • Supporting the campaign for legislation to protect employees from the damaging effects of this kind of power abuse at work.

The Trust provides immediate practical support through their helpline service for those who are being bullied in the workplace, by giving advice and signposting on how to help get matters resolved. They offer professional consultancy and training services which can help organizations to build a health corporate culture in which the bully cannot operate.
