The fpa Scotland is completely focused on improving Scotland’s sexual health and wellbeing, and the increased activity, particularly around service improvement, is welcomed.
These activities are mainly focused on four areas:
- Increasing the capacity of the public and voluntary sector workforce to deliver lifelong sexual health and relationship education to the public and professionals through our training courses.
- Influencing policy and decision makers to ensure that sexual health and wellbeing is given the priority required for real improvement to happen.
- Providing information by publishing resources on all aspects of sexual health for professionals and the public.
- Running projects in the community to help people take real responsibility for their sexual health and wellbeing by improving their levels of confidence and knowledge about these issues.
