Crossroads (Scotland) is the national organisation established in 1978 to develop local services for carers throughout Scotland. There are now 48 local schemes providing over one million hours of care and short breaks for Scotland's carers.

Crossroads schemes are governed by local volunteers who employ dedicated care staff to provide high quality care in the family home.
