The Alzheimer's Research Trust is the leading UK research charity for Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Their website has information about Alzheimer's disease which will be of general interest, including sections on:

  • How to reduce your risk
  • The truth behind the myths

The site also includes links to other sources of information and visitors can sign up to receive a free email newsletter with the latest news in dementia research. The charity will be happy to send out free general information packs about the disease and current research into dementia, but it cannot advise directly on specific care issues.
