The Fellowship offers mutual support to fellow Christians by prayer and sharing the reality of the Christian experience in the middle of the stress of caring. The Fellowship offers the following:

  • Quarterly newsletter with articles written by carers and general information.
  • Contact with other carers and links to a local group if there is one near you.
  • Personal support, by telephone or letter, is offered by other carers who have a similar experience of caring.
  • A weekend retreat twice a year, and the occasional quiet day.

PS - Health and Poverty

Perhaps the biggest cause of ill health in the world is poverty. Help to Make Poverty History. For example, why not lend some of your money to disadvantaged communities to enable them to trade their way out of poverty through schemes such as Shared Interest.

See also MAKEPOVERTYHISTORY North East for details and links to campaigns against poverty.
