MOSAC aims to support non abusing parents / carers in overcoming the trauma of discovering their child has been sexually abused with the provision of a helpline, advocacy, counselling, support groups, befriending, and play therapy (for abused children). Most of MOSAC's services are only available locally but the organisation does operate the above national helpline open to all non-abusing parents, carers, and family members. Calls are free and will not show on an itemised bill.
