European Federation of Asthma and Allergy Association
Web: www.efanet.org
The European Federation of Asthma and Allergy Associations (EFA) is an alliance of 41 organisations in 23 different countries across Europe. EFA's mission is to draw together a European community of patient organisations which share responsibility for substantially reducing the frequency and severity of allergies, asthma and COPD, minimising their societal implications, improving health-related quality of life and ensuring full citizenship of people with these conditions, as well as pursuing equal health opportunities in the field of allergy and airways in Europe.
Their website aims to give comprehensive, unbiased information on aspects of asthma and allergy and also includes information about the organisation.
The authors and editors of this article are employed to create accurate and up to date content reflecting reliable research evidence, guidance and best clinical practice. They are free from any commercial conflicts of interest. Find out more about updating.
