Consent offer a range of services to respond to a broad range of sexuality issues affecting women and men with learning disabilities, including enabling informed choices, sexual health, issues of HIV risks, and working with people with learning disabilities who have been sexually abused or perpetrated sexual abuse. The team has a multidisciplinary approach and has a national profile for quality and experience. Consent is part of Hertfordship Partnership NHS Trust but offers its services UK-wide and aims to work in partnership with other individuals and organisations.
