The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust aims to raise awareness of ectopic pregnancy and improve standards of care by providing information, education and support to those affected by ectopic pregnancy and the health professionals who care for them. The Trust is engaged in the following activities:

• Support and information via a telephone helpline and website: both staffed by trained and experienced staff.
• Raising awareness of the condition among health professionals, women of child-bearing age, and the general public to promote early diagnosis and to preserve fertility.
• Offering education programmes to health professionals working in early pregnancy medicine - through conferences and its website.
• Encouraging research into the causes, treatment and prevention of ectopic pregnancy, and disseminating findings.
