St Margaret's Children and Family Care Society, previously known as St Margaret of Scotland Adoption Society, is an approved voluntary adoption society operating in the West of Scotland. The following services are offered.
- Advice and counselling to pregnant women.
- Recruitment of families for a wide range of children.
- Pre- and post-adoption services.
- Support groups for birth parents, adoptees and adoptive parents.
- Direct work with children.
