The Ex-Service Fellowship Centres (EFC) aim to relieve distress among ex-service men and women of the royal navy, royal marines, army, royal air force and merchant service and their widows or widowers who, at time of application for assistance, are unemployed, homeless or for some reasonable cause in need. Facilities are located in London and Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex. Requests for assistance are made from ex-service persons UK-wide and also from those living overseas. EFC activities include the following:

  • Hostel for homeless ex-service persons and their dependents.
  • Low cost unfurnished retirement flats.
  • London relief centre, providing immediate help, advice and assistance.
