The Northern Ireland Agoraphobia and Anxiety Society provides the following services:
- Advice, information and support on anxiety, agoraphobia and panic attacks.
- One-to-one counselling support is available by appointment. While there is no fixed fee for counselling, the organisation is charitable and voluntary donations within a person's means are welcomed.
- Self-help groups are run throughout Northern Ireland where people who experience agoraphobia and anxieties can meet and discuss their problems in a friendly and supportive environment.
