The Multiple Sclerosis Society provides practical and emotional support for people with MS, their families and carers. It also promotes research into finding the cause and a cure for MS. Services and activities include the following:

  • Promotes public awareness of MS issues.
  • Information booklets and magazines.
  • Community support visits.
  • Day care provision.
  • Holidays and respite programmes.
  • Practical and emotional support for people with MS, their families and carers through a network of self-help groups.
  • Young carers project.

There are 17 branches throughout Northern Ireland providing support and services. Contact the society for further information.
