Action on Elder Abuse is a registered national charity which aims to prevent abuse of older people by raising awareness, by education, promotion, research and collection and dissemination of information. It runs conferences and workshops, produces a bi-monthly members newsletter and a number of publications and leaflets available by telephoning the helpline.

The Elder Abuse Response telephone helpline provides information and emotional support for anyone who is concerned about an older person being abused and is totally confidential.
