The Who Cares? Trust is a registered charity which works to improve public care for children and young people living in residential or foster care who are thus separated from their families. The Trusts main concern is the well-being of such children in the UK.
Who Cares? Magazine is produced for children and young people in care with input from the children themselves. The Trust involves children in consultation processes and is able to communicate their views to relevant parties involved in their care.
