The Sarah Matheson Trust strives to provide information and support to people affected by multiple system atrophy (sometimes referred to as Shy Drager syndrome) and other autonomic conditions (pure autonomic failure), their families and carers, both lay and professional.

The Trust offers services to patients/carers and healthcare professionals. Services offered to patients and carers include the following:

  • Quarterly newsletter
  • Regional support meetings
