Tasha Foundation is a registered charity based in west London, their offices are located in Hounslow and Ealing, and they provide services to people with mental health and problematic drug use difficulties.

• Their services are available for people with problems such as stress, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), problematic drug use.
• Living for life to the full, an 8 week course which is suitable for individuals living in secondary care and those in contact with primary care.
• Stress awareness workshops.
• Information and self help packs which are all available on the website.
• Out of hours helpline from Monday to Wednesday 6pm - 9pm.
