The RNID Tinnitus Helpline is a national telephone helpline offering information on tinnitus - the experience of noises in the ears or head. The helpline can assist with general queries and information about tinnitus, provide information on tinnitus clinics in your area, or simply someone to talk to about your tinnitus. The Helpline also offers the following:
- Response to postal, fax and email enquiries.
- A free tinnitus information pack.
- A magazine Tinnitus Focus - sent to health professionals, local tinnitus groups and organisations concerned with health, disability and deafness.
The Helpline has a range of leaflets and factsheets on tinnitus. Contact the above address for details of how to order.
They can also provide factsheets and leaflets in braille and large print when necessary.
