The Keep Fit Association (KFA) offers fitness through movement, dance and exercise. It is a national governing body supported by Sport England and recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). KFA classes include teaching adults, older adults, children, and seated frail elderly, and will improve stamina, strength and suppleness, improve movement skills in balance, agility, rhythmic ability, co-ordination and posture.
Some classes offer an integrated approach for people with disabilities whilst others are designed for people with a particular disability. Contact the above telephone number for information on local classes or for training opportunities or consult the website which also includes information on a healthy diet and effective exercise.
