ADUK (Asbestos Diseases UK) was set up by those effected by asbestos exposure. Its purpose is to provide help and support to both individuals and families effected by asbestos exposure. ADUK can offer advice to you on entitlement to state benefits and compensation litigation.
ADUK also actively campaigns at both local and state level for legislation to ensure that those effected by asbestos exposure are cared for and asbestos is removed and disposed of safely to reduce the risk to others.
There is a forum on their website where you will find support if you have been personally effected by asbestos exposure, and can offer support to others in your situation.
ADUK is not a claims' management company and is entirely funded by voluntary contributions.
This organsition has been certified as a producer of reliable health and social care information.
