Family Fund is the UK's largest grant-maker to families with disabled or seriously ill children aged 17 or under. The Fund helps around 55,000 low-income families with disabled or seriously ill children each year with the things they need, such as washing machines and driers, computers, family holidays, driving lessons and hospital visiting costs.

The Family Fund can now consider an application if:

• You are the parent or carer of a disabled or seriously ill child or young person
  aged 17 or under.
• You live in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
• You have evidence of your entitlement to one of the following: Child Tax Credit, Working Tax Credit, Income based Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support, Incapacity Benefit, Employment Support Allowance, Housing Benefit or Pension Credit.
• You have current legal residency in the UK and have lived in the UK for six months.
