Rainbow Trust supports families with a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness. Families need someone to turn to when they learn that their child is going to die. Rainbow Trust offers support for families from diagnosis to long term post bereavement, with many families staying in contact and returning to the respite centres long after their child has died.

The Trust's Domiciliary Carers will travel across various southern and northern counties of England where the teams are based. There is no charge for this service.Contact the Trust at the above address to get details of local care teams and respite care facilities.

PS - Health and Poverty

Perhaps the biggest cause of ill health in the world is poverty. Help to Make Poverty History. For example, why not lend some of your money to disadvantaged communities to enable them to trade their way out of poverty through schemes such as Shared Interest.

See also MAKEPOVERTYHISTORY North East for details and links to campaigns against poverty.
