Thrive is a small national charity that uses gardening to change the lives of disabled people. Thrive offers help to disabled people who want to garden at home, on an allotment, in a community setting or who attend structured therapy programmes at Thrive's garden projects.

Gardening can help individuals accomplish many things. It can help rebuild a person's strength after an accident or illness, or provide a purposeful activity for someone coping with a difficult period in their life. It can bring profound change from improvements in physical health to emotional wellbeing. Ultimately the changes people make can help them overcome everyday obstacles and challenges they may face in their lives.
