LTCA is an umbrella charity working for better lives for people with long-term health conditions by supporting its member organisations, promoting self-management and campaigning for change.
- LTCA is made up of over 100 national voluntary organisations in the UK.
- LTCA member organisations cover physical and mental health, and both common and less common long-term conditions.
- LTCA works to ensure that the voices of people with long-term conditions are heard, valued and acted upon.
- LTCA works to influence and support the development of high quality self-management programmes.
- LTCA aims to provide effective support for its member organisations through meetings, conferences, publications and provision of information and signposting to other sources of help.
