Campaign Against Drinking and Driving (CADD) is a group originally formed by relatives of victims who died as a result of other people's drunken driving. CADD believes there is need for the following.
- To increase the awareness of the general public of the full extend of death, injury and devastation caused by drunken driving.
- To maintain in the memory of the general public the profile of victims families and the growing public condemnation of drinking and driving.
- To create an organisation to whom victims can turn to for support.
