39 Cloonmore Avenue
Orpington
Kent

Tel: 01689 854 343

Both Parents Forever gives help and advice on all issues relating to divorce, separation or care proceedings. The organisation is involved in the following activities:

  • Help to either parent, grandparents, extended family and the children with obtaining their rights: in the majority of cases, this is a meaningful relationship with both parents and both sides of the family.
  • Help to get children returned in child abduction cases and in the enforcement of overseas contact orders.
  • Help in obtaining both parents' right to get information on children's health and schooling: both parents retain this right following divorce or separation regardless of who has the residence unless the court have ruled otherwise.
  • In association with M.I.S.T.E.R X also helps men who are victims of domestic violence and falsely accused of domestic violence or abuse of children.
  • Works closely with MATCH (Mothers Apart from their Children) and AMEN (in Ireland)

The following information packs are available for a small charge (contact for price list).

  • General Information Pack - covers all issues relating to divorce, separation and care proceedings; for both parents and grandparents. When ordering, please state whether married or unmarried.
  • Grandparents Pack - covers grandparents' rights.
  • Child Abduction and Overseas Contact Order Enforcement (Please state relevant country).

Membership is available for a small annual fee. This gives the right to free advice on writing letters, preparing court documents and updates on new precedents and changes in the law.

The organisation is also a member of National Children's Bureau and Parenting UK and has established links with The Children's Council in the USA.

PS - Health and Poverty

Perhaps the biggest cause of ill health in the world is poverty. Help to Make Poverty History. For example, why not lend some of your money to disadvantaged communities to enable them to trade their way out of poverty through schemes such as Shared Interest.

See also MAKEPOVERTYHISTORY North East for details and links to campaigns against poverty.
