YPN (Younger Parkinsons Network) is the young onset self-help group of the Parkinson's Disease Society and is designed really for those of working age. There are around 1300 members of YPN, many of them in their early twenties and thirties. YPN is involved in the following activities:

  • Locally held group meetings where families can meet other sufferers and their relatives.
  • A national conference is held every two years.
  • A magazine, YAPmag, is issued quarterly and is a forum for ideas, new treatments and various articles.
