You can get help and information from The Migraine Trust. The Trust promotes better understanding of migraine and disturbing headaches and funds research into the condition.
Booklets produced include:
- Various factsheets on triggers and treatments as well as a list of specialist clinics.
- Migraine - A Guide for Young Sufferers. For children, parents and teachers.
- Working With Migraine - a guide to rights in the workplace for people with migraine.
The Trust also publishes Migraine News, which carries the latest news about migraine, three times a year.
