Rethink is a leading mental health charity, working to help everyone affected by severe mental illness recover a better quality of life. The charity is very much membership led and provides support with information, advice, services, groups, campaigns and research. Enquiries are welcome from everybody, whether you have a mental illness yourself, are a relative or carer, have a professional interest or just want to find out more.
