The Dystonia Society is dedicated to ensuring that everyone affected by dystonia has access to the treatment, support and information they need to achieve the best possible quality of life. The Society aims to play the most effective role they can to bring about a world free from dystonia.

They provide general information about dystonia and additional support and resources. Through membership you can receive four issues of the Dystonia Society newsletter per year, which reports on new developments in research and awareness. They also provide information concerning other aspects of living with dystonia such as: equipment, benefits, mobility and employment. They also have branches, support groups and local contacts throughout the UK. They also provide confidential support through their helpline number.

Perhaps the biggest cause of ill health in the world is poverty. Help to Make Poverty History. For example, why not lend some of your money to disadvantaged communities to enable them to trade their way out of poverty through schemes such as Shared Interest.
