Accident Line is the Law Society's Specialist Personal Injury Referral and Insurance Service. It was formed with the simple remit of providing the public with an ethical, professional service allowing access to justice for all.
Accident Line believe the victim's best interest should always be at the heart of the process, not commercial gain. Injured people calling Accident Line are referred to a specialist in their locality, convenient for them. Solicitors do not pay for a case to be referred to them.
Accident Line's members will provide a free, no obligation, initial consultation to access the merits of the case and discuss the options available to the client. If an insurance policy is needed, they will provide one.
It is a minimum requirement of membership of Accident Line that solicitors have recognised accreditations in Personal Injury work. This ensures the advice given to the injured party is of the highest calibre.
Accident line has a network of solicitors covering England and Wales.
