The National Association for Premenstrual Syndrome (NAPS) provides help, information and support to premenstrual syndrome (PMS) sufferers and their families. NAPS also works to promote a better understanding of the condition and its treatment. Members of NAPS have access to a range of information and support which includes:

  • Understanding PMS, an information book covering symptoms, causes, treatments and dietary information.
  • Free monthly on-line e-bulletin.
  • Research database.
  • Clinical conferences.
  • List of NAPS members offering local support.
  • 'Ask the Expert' online - answered by a team of experts to members.
  • Online support forum.
  • List of PMS clinics in the UK.
