The National Association for Premenstrual Syndrome (NAPS) provides help, information and support to premenstrual syndrome (PMS) sufferers and their families. NAPS also works to promote a better understanding of the condition and its treatment. Members of NAPS have access to a range of information and support which includes:
- Understanding PMS, an information book covering symptoms, causes, treatments and dietary information.
- Free monthly on-line e-bulletin.
- Research database.
- Clinical conferences.
- List of NAPS members offering local support.
- 'Ask the Expert' online - answered by a team of experts to members.
