HemiHelp is a registered charity for children with hemiplegia.

It supports its members by:

  • Running a telephone and email support helpline.
  • Provides a message board for exchange of ideas on the website.
  • Provides regular newsletters, leaflets, information sheets, books and a video.
  • Runs regional conferences, workshops and sports activity days for both families and professionals.

The aims of HemiHelp are:

  • To provide information and support for those individuals with childhood acquired hemiplegia and their families and carers.
  • To increase public awareness of the condition.
  • To faciliate research into hemiplegia and it's associated conditions.
