Is responsible for health and safety regulation in Great Britain. The Health and Safety Executive and local government are the enforcing authorities who work in support of the Commission. Their mission is to protect people's health and safety by ensuring risks in the changing workplace are properly controlled.

Their mission is: "Bringing employers and researchers together to produce robust science and evidence based work of practical value whose application will contribute to the right of people at work to be 'healthy, motivated and at work".

Based in Kent, suppling a full range ofhealth and safety services across the UK.
