Department of health report of the findings of the working group set up in 2005. The report sets out the current problems, provides guidance and makes recommendations in a number of areas including commissioning, organisation of care, provision of services and workforce.

Run by a group of diabetes healthcare professionals who came together with the aim of helping people with diabetes better understand the role of blood glucose and ketone monitoring in diabetes management.
