   has any one experienced very darak stools as a result of taking lansospsrazole ?

   Hi John, dark stalls can be caused by various reasons, internal bleeding from an ulcer, red wine, dark chocolate, spinach, beetroot, licorice etc. even some over the counter indigestion liquid medicines make your stalls dark. I've been on lansoprazole for years and have just started to ween myself of them, however I've never had dark stalls from them, but i have had dark stalls from that pink indigestion liquid and all the above mentioned.
