I was sitting at the computer the other day when I noticed that when I bent my toes over and tensed, My foot would shake violently. Is this normal?
When I tense my foot its shakes, is this normal?

I get this, I always felt i was somehow stimulating that reflex that the doctor tests with the hammer - there is one in the ankle area. it happens more when tired.
