after a total rupture with my left achilles tendon last july ,am not a great deal better off,after all the spells in plaster after not having the operation now wear a support called a achillo train which is a great help Had 3 months of physio but it was felt that whis was not helping in the end but tendernites has set in a big way still in a lot of pain and with the way that I now walk has set off old problems with my left knee so awaiting a knee replacement now, SO THE MORAL TO THIS TALE DO HAVE THE OPERATION DON,T RELY ON NATURE BECAUSE IT HAS A HABIT OF LETTING YOU DOWN AND NOT WORKING SO YOUR BEST FRIEND IS THE SURGEON WHO WILL MAKE IT BETTER. DONT LIKE ME BE FOREVER BE REGRETTING THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE WAS NOT HAVING THE OPERATION >
