traumatic arthritis at ankle

   Hi,

   Is there any good way to cure the traumatic arthritis at ankle ? I got the dislocation at right ankle last year, I still can't walk freely because of the traumatic arthritis, MRI reported no evidence about ischemic necrosis, but what could I do now ?
