Tired and a severly dry mouth issue!

  1. I have been on Pizotifen 1.5 at night for 6mths now. I have always been a thursty person but I'm getting really redlly bad dry mouth! I drink lots, chew gum etc....any advice?

I'm really tired all the time, waking for work has been getting hard and I struggle to feel normal until mid-day, then within a few hours I'm tried again and the evenings are just as bad. Finding this really difficult.

After nearly 6 mths on this dose I feel my migraines are slowly coming back, the last few weeks I have felt 'headachey' all week and I get a severe migraine at the end of the working week, thankfully developing towards the end of the day so I get the brunt of it at home. (Used to get them every day). I am taking co-dydramol when ever I feel pain to try and take the edge off, I'm reluctant to use my rizatriptan and they are sometimes not effective anyway.

I'm unsure of the next steps... if I do get them back..any advice?
