Hi girls , just happened on the contraception area of the web site and thought i would post this , there seem to be some awfull side effects with some pillls and forms of conttraception , I have used the cap for twenty years it s excellent , i even found an eco spernicide to use with it , as the one i was prescibed caused problems , it may be a bit fiddly , but theres no side effects , its quick , I know this method of contraception is a bit dated , but its great and your body is not affected by artificail hormones and devices placed in your body for years at a a time , happy to continue this discussion if any one wants to
