Sertraline - What time of day is best to take it?

   Hi, I started on 50mg and was put on 100mg 5 days ago. I take 2x50mg every morning but within 5ish hours I feel dreadful, tired, heady etc. When do others take their tablets. Could I split it one in a morning and one in an evening?

   hi, maybe u could switch to 100mg but i totally agree with you, so ive found that taking mine at tea time 6ish helps as it helps me sleep but getting up in the morning is a disaster but a strong cup of tea helps that. hope this helps, jerry
