I suffer from breathlessness caused by Sarcoidosis. My condition has worsened and despite

several hospital visit have not made me feel better. I want tips from some in similar condition on

how to make it bearable. I believe my dailly cough and breathlessness is due to Pulmonary fibrosis. I and currently on 20mg Prednisoline, 15mg metotrexate weekly, and inhalers. all dont seem to work, I believe a COPD exercise programme might help
