Rhinitis

   Rhinitis is getting me down .every night i go to bed i cannot breath ,i have very restful sleeps and i am always tired .i have tried all different nasal sprays to no avail.is there anyone who could help me please . ty

   Have you tried taking an anti-histamine, not just a nasal spray? And you should go to your GP to see if you need a stronger medication. One thing that can help a little is Olbas Oil, put a few drops on a tissue by your pillow or use the plug-in diffuser. The best spray I've used is Beconase nasal spray, this may help. Hope you feel better soon.

   already had all of those still no go.Olbas Oil is a no no also because strong smells are worse for me ty anyway x

   I'm currently taking a course of prednisolone they are steroids along with a nasal spray, of this 5 day course doesn't work I'm being referred to the ENT surgeon. This is after many visits to the doctor so keep at them!
