Hi people, im just wondering if anybody ahd similar experiances with ramipiril and how long did it take for the side efects to go away. The main problem that im experiancing is shortnes of breathe, kinda feels like i cant take a full breathe and fill my lungs completly and it takes an uncomfortable amount of work to take the air in. Thie severty of the symptom varies greatly, sometimes im just siting and i feel winded other tiems i can feel ok unleas im doing some sort of physicla activity. together with this symptom i have a constantly congested nose, sinus presure, dry mouth and throat, and feeling of weakness and tierdnes. I would like to mention that i have an enlarged heart and i am taking this drugs in combination with beta blockers and lasix to keep my blod pressure under control as high BP and heart enlargment are a bad combination. I wnet to a few doctors a gastroenterologist, pulmonologys, ENT etc. no one knew what was the problem until i went to my cardio who sugested that ramipril could be the problem and swichet it wit losartic, that was almost 3 weeks ago and i stil hawe this problems, So i was wondering if anyone else had this kinda symptoms im particulary intrestde in the nasal congestion and shortnes of breathe, and how long does it usualy take for the side efects to go away after stoping the usage of the drug. Btw i didnt expirience any presistn coughing just the dry throat and some swalowing issues, and sory if i have any mistakes as english isnt my first language.
