i want to booked an appointment by online but i couldn't because here is mention that there is no online appointment for you .

Hi sadaf,
If you are having problems trying to book an appointment on line in the Patient Access site you need to contact your surgery. If they cannot resolve the problem they can escalate it to Emis support.
