   I have an overactive bladder,urge incontinence, and urgency ect i have been for urodynamics and i also have no feeling when i need to wee i have to go bk to see nurse specalist on 28th to learn how to do intermittent self catherization as i have no feeling so dont know when i need to wee.

   Iam not looking forward to doing this as it may be long term i cannot see myself using catherters forever.I had 512mls of urine retention time before last.

   I too have this, I completely understand how you feel reading your post was like reading about myself.

   I have been referred for Ileocystoplasty and will have to self-catheterise after my surgery forever.
