:D A new G.P. at our surgery directed me to this web site and im so glad she did, it helps to know that you are not suffering alone and other people are going through the same symptoms and sharing their experiences. Ive suffered from persistant vertigo attacks for the last 10 years, some more prolonged than others, but my G.P. as recommended the \"Epley Manoeuvre\" which im having done this Friday, having read some of the comments on this realise ive nothing to lose by trying this procedure.
