Well I'm still here at least a bit bedraggled. I haven't had the big'lift' that I expected from the increase from 15mg to 30mg of mirtazapine. I have also started to put on weight again which will have to be seriously addressed. When I see my psychiatrist I will need to have my meds reviewed again as I feel seriously hung over in the mornings ( and that is without a drink) I'm not sure what to expect any more whether I should be feeling a lot better now. I'm still here hanging on but not dancing for joy either.

I'm pleased to say say that I do feel a bit better. It isn't a dramatic thing just a gradual change. On hols myself next week if I can get organised to go. Take care all fellow depressives. Pooh.
